Robert has a depth of experience with his 30-year career working in the DFW market. On the landlord side he has worked with national and regional institutional property owners leasing various property types, including mixed-use specialty projects, grocery anchored centers, pad site sales and build-to-suit transactions. Representing tenants, he has represented all tenant types including national and regional retail, restaurant and office uses, also completing 25 sale and/or build-to-suit transactions represent Arby’s in North Texas.

Robert began his career in 1987 and worked on the ground-up leasing of notable nationally recognized projects including Southlake Town Square, The Shops at Legacy, Addison Circle and Mockingbird Station. In addition, he has represented numerous tenants with their expansions in North Texas.  

In 2000, Robert formed City Commercial Realty where he is President and Managing Broker. Robert is currently representing retail clients as well as landlords in the Texas market. 

Robert earned a BBA in Real Estate from The University of North Texas. He has been recognized with several awards, including 2014 D Magazine DFW Top Leases-Retail, 40 Under 40 by the Fort Worth Business Press and has been honored as a Top Producer numerous times and recognized for completing large project leasing transactions.
